Kentucky Housing Corporation - KTOS Amendment

UK CDAR will prepare a statewide needs assessment report that will evaluate the level of need for additional residential recovery center beds, and provide a quantitative assessment as to how many and where such beds will be needed. On a statewide basis, the report will include analysis of data and information concerning homelessness, crime, current substance abuse treatment capacities in residential and other programs, socioeconomic conditions related to substance abuse and housing problems, and related health and mental health service availability in support of any expanded recovery centers.
