Kentucky Opioid Abatement Advisory Commission (KY-OAAC) Website Development and Maintenance

Abstract We propose a 6-month development push, encompassing three primary deliverables. The scope of each deliverable is described here, with additional details to be added in the future: 1. Version 1 will be a basic version of the website, with informational content developed by KY-OAAC hosted on a website that RADOR-KY designs, manages, and hosts. The goal outlined in the current proposal will be to launch this by March 1st, 2025. 2. Version 2 will be the more interactive version of the website, with tools for the KY-OAAC comms team to post updates and meeting notes. This version will also include a test version of the data submission portal, for detailed evaluation of the tools. We propose launching this version by May 1st, 2025. 3. Version 3 will be the full-featured version of the website, with the data capture system ready for formal data collection, visualization, and reporting. We propose launching this version, and having all county user accounts set up for reporting, by July 1st, 2025.
