Kentucky Post School Outcome Center FY 2016

This project will: 1). Oversee collection of post-school outcome data; analyze post-school outcome data; report results of analysis; provide technical assistance and training to local education agencies and the KDE regarding how to interpret the data and how they can be used for program improvement. 2). Oversee collection of parent involvement data; analyze data; report results of analysis 3). Perform an internal evaluation of the State Personnel Development Grant (SPDG). 4). Provide a facilitator to provide assistance across all of the SPDG initiatives (at HDI and elsewhere)
