Local Evaluation of the Eastern Kentucky Rural Highway Information Project-Federal Aid Research Task No. 130

The objectives of this project are: 1. Evaluate the integration of a 511 Premium Service Package into Kentucky's existing 511 Highway Information System by analyzing key aspects of the project, documentation of project lessons learned on technical and institutional issues as well as innovative financing and/or public-private partnering methods. 2. Publish and distribute a report containing findings and recommendations as required and as may be desirable. The report will be in both electronic and hard copy formats.
