Description
The objective of the Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) of the Kentucky Transportation Center is to promote efficiency by presenting state-of-the-art technology for application by governmental agencies and the private sectors that assist in the design and construction of our transportation system. The Technology Transfer Program conducts on-site training sessions, produces a quarterly newsletter, and offers on-site technical assistance through the Safety Circuit Rider Program and through its toll-free telephone service.
