Mid-Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center Grant

Abstract The University of Kentucky (UK), as a member of the Mid Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center (MATRC) will contribute expertise in the areas of “using Telehealth as a vital tool in an industrial healthcare program” and “a state’s pursuit of a legislative mandate for Telehealth reimbursement”. This will be done through the efforts of the Director of Kentucky TeleCare who has been closely involved in both efforts and the team at UK’s CECentral, UK’s internationally recognized on-line system for delivering continuing educational programs for healthcare professionals.
