Monitoring and Technical Assistance – Protection and Advocacy FY21-22 Scope of Work This project will provide oversight and education that is critical for provision of quality services and supports for people with disabilities. Activities will be in concert with Kentucky Protection and Advocacy. This project will provide client representation to those living in personal care homes who are impacted by the Amended Settlement Agreement with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. In addition, the project will provide oversight for Kentuckians utilizing the Social Security Representative Payee program, ensuring compliance with federal reporting requirements, and ensuring that representative payees are using benefits appropriately. Technical assistance, information and referral services, reporting and reviews will be hallmarks of project efforts.
