Olmstead Planning Project CL 17

OLMSTEAD – ABSTRACT The Human Development Institute will lead a nine month Olmstead planning process to develop recommendations for ensuring people with disabilities live and receive services in the most integrated settings. The team approach will be used that involves HDI staff and consultants. We will ensure individuals with disabilities are engaged across each of the activities, and in leadership roles. There will also be a strong evaluation component to develop tools, conduct the landscape analysis, and support development of appropriate metrics.
