Positive Aspects of Being a Transgender Kentuckian

This project will feature transgender community members who will be guided in creating a brief, professional quality educational video that focuses on strength-based aspects of transgender identity. The video will be used to provide transgender role models and strengths-based narratives to transgender young people across Kentucky and will also be used to educate professional service providers (teachers, youth leaders, mental health workers) in strengths-based work with transgender youth in Kentucky. The impact of the video will be systematically evaluated using standard methods.
