Description
Abstract
High Impact Leadership 2.0 (HIL 2.0) was originally from October 1, 2023 to September 30,
2026 but was terminated in February by the federal government, leaving the project with
pre test data but no post test data. HIL2.0 leaders at Western Michigan University decided
to use their local fund to complete the post test data collection in the summer of 2025. Dr.
Xin Ma was asked to perform this data collection.
