Project GO

As part of the Project GO Program, the University of Kentucky and its Arabic Language Program will provide overseas language instruction for ROTC cadets in Amman Jordan, consisting of 8 weeks and 160 contact hours to ROTC students who will be recruited nationwide with the goal of helping each student reach an ILR 1 proficiency level. The “UK Project GO Arabic Program” consists of either an 8-week, 1st year Arabic, immersion summer or an 8-week, 2nd year Arabic, immersion summer in Amman, Jordan, which will be taught in cooperation with Qasid Arabic Institute.
