Description
Abstract
We will explore the links between students’ geographic and economic mobility, related to
college choices and workforce outcomes. We will study how state policy (grant aid
programs and tuition reciprocity agreements) a ect pathways, and therefore the
costs/bene?ts of postsecondary education for students and the state. The context is two
neighboring states, Kentucky and Ohio.
