Proposal to Study Taxes and the Effects of Changes in Tax Structure Related to the Real Estate Market

The Center for Business and Economic Research proposes to investigate the impact of these proposed changes and prepare a report which can be used as a starting point for enlightened discussion of tax reform in Kentucky. As an initial step representatives from CBER will meet with representatives from KAR to discuss the broad details of the proposed tax reform they would like us to focus on. Obviously given the myriad of proposals that are being considered it is important to settle on some of the broad parameters to consider before proceeding
