Quality of Life Survey (TBAA)

The Interim Settlement Agreement (ISA) enacted between the Cabinet for Health and Family Services (DBHDID) and Kentucky Protection & Advocacy calls for the development and implementation of a quality assurance and performance improvement monitoring system to insure a quality service system sufficient to help individuals achieve increased independence, gain greater integration into the community, obtain and maintain stable housing, avoid harms, and decrease the incidence of hospital contacts and institutionalization. DBHDID has chosen to develop a quality of life survey as a fundamental piece of this quality assurance and performance improvement monitoring system.
