Research and Evaluation Specialist

The Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) contracts with the University of Kentucky for the following scope of work to be completed by Dr. Richard Ingram in his role as Research Associate with PHAB: l. By September 30, 2011, work with the Evaluation Subcommittee of the PHAB Research and Evaluation Committee to develop a draft evaluation plan as a component to the PHAB Evaluation Logic Model. 2. By October 31, 2011, develop the content for a Request for Proposals for and evaluation consultant to PHAB. 3. By November 30, 2011, consult with the PHAB staff in the selection of an evaluation consultant 4. By November 31,2011, develop with the PHAB staff a functional job description for a fulltime Director of Research and Evaluation for PHAB. 5. By December 31,2011, provide PHAB with two draft think tank reports suitable for publication.
