Retrospective Review of the International Literature on Dental Therapists: 1960-2010

This investigation will identify and summaize the international literature, from 1960 to 2010, on the profile and context of the practice of dential therapists. Specific attention will focus on quality of care, safety of care, and the effectiveness of care by dental therapists in impacting the issue of access to care and the oral health of a country.
