Role of Mitochondrial c-Src in Right Ventricular Dysfunction in Pulmonary Hypertension

SCOPE OF WORK UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY Researchers at the University of Kentucky will support this project by providing deidentified myocardial specimens and deidentified clinical data from organ donors and patients at the University of Kentucky. Specimens from multiple regions (including LV epicardium, LV mid-myocardium, LV endocardium, septum, and RV) of the same hearts are available. These will be shipped on dry ice to the main project site. All protocols have been approved by the University of Kentucky IRB and patients or their legally authorized representative give informed consent.
