School Lunch Programs and the American Diet: Exploring a Contested Food Terrain

Research will be conducted in off-site locations in the following situations. Work on analyzing and writing up the research will be done in my personal work space located at my residence. Research will be conducted in non-University of Kentucky libraries, such as the Library of Congress in Washington D.C. Further, interviews will occur in locations outside of the University of Kentucky.
