SCOPE: Aging Disability Resources Centers

IHDI will provide program evaluation for the Administration on Aging grant for Aging and and Disability Resource Centers (ADRC). UK will evaluate the process and progress of the pilot project for the ADRC grant. This evaluation will include, but is not limited to, monthly reports of client satisfaction, Aging and Disability Coalition progress and finally the process for doing eligibility screening for Medicaid Services.
