Description
The St. Jude's Catholic Social Services Tri County Permanent Supportive Housing Initiative will be evaluated under a contract between the Catholic Social Services and UK CDAR. UK will collect both performance measurement and performance assessment data, as well as report the data effectively to the sponsor.
