Description
OBJECTIVE: Provide assistance for the implementation of completed research projects in accordance
with defined and approved implementation activities. This will include the cost of developing/providing
specifically defined iilitiatives, such as a \Votkshop, specifications/ guidelines, or on-site training.
BACKGROUND: At times research recommendations/ findings do not get implemented due to a gap
between the completion of the research and the operational or procedural changes needed to realize the
research recommendations. This bridging activity is needed to better realize the potential of highway
research recommendations.
