This money funds KTC’s efforts to communicate progress and coordinate research initiatives with other highway project researchers and research administrators at the state and federal levels. Researchers can use these funds to attend regional and national highway transportation research meetings, workshops, seminars, and participate in research panels. In addition, special communication initiatives required on a project-by-project basis will be funded to enhance implementation and provide information to targeted stakeholders on the progress of research projects.
