SPR 23-56: UNFORSEEN INVESTIGATIONS

OBJECTIVE: To conduct, upon request, short-term research investigations and analyses, and provide timely response as required to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. Also, initiate new projects, as requested, that are expected to continue into the next year with additional funding being allocated as appropriate.
