Transfer Proposal - This represents a progress report for our R37 grant.entitled "Surgical Studies of Ontogeny, Aging, and the Gut," which began In 2002. In 2006 we submitted a renewal which was reviewed internally for years six through ten of this MERIT award. This current progress report, required for transfer of the grant from the University of Texas Medical Branch to the University of Kentucky; represents progress obtained since 2007.
