Tennessee State Improvement Grant

The University of Kentucky shall provide Evaluation Services to continuous collect and analysis of evaluation data related to Tennessee State Personnel Development Grant (TN SPDG) professional development activities to be completed; to conduct professional development activity and product reports developed and reported to SPDG membership monthly; conduct at least five (5) planning conference calls to be conducted at regular intervals; participation in the annual OSEP SPDG Project Directors' Conference; make one data collection trip to Nashville, TN as needed to collect information for the evaluation. Provide ongoing consultation via email and phone to the Tennessee Division of Special Education regarding evaluation procedures relevant to the TN SPDG. Provide ongoing consultation to Local Education Agencies (LEAs) and Institutions of Higher Education sub-grantees via email and phone regarding data collection, analysis and use, as needed, to accomplish the evaluation purposes of the TN SPDG. Ongoing oral and written status reports are submitted to and reviewed with the TN SPDG Project Director at least once a month. Be readily available via email and phone to the TN-SPDG Project Director to review and expound on information included in status reports.
