Tennessee State Personnel Development Grant

The evaluation of the Tennessee State Personnel Development Grant will include the formative and summative evaluation of the professional development activities provided to school personnel. The purpose of the evaluation is to examine the impact of the activities on instructional practices as well as the impact of the grant activities on outcomes for students with disabilities. The evaluation consists of mix-method design. The evaluators will provide timely formative feedback on the status and quality of project activities to project staff for program improvement purposes.
