The Alzheimer's Biomarker Consortium - Down Syndrome (ABC-DS) -- BDM Core

Dr. Abner will perform statistical analyses on autopsy-derived outcomes, such as general linear models, to associate these variables with other clinical covariates of interest. The Neuropathology core proposed to generate novel neuropathology outcome measures that Dr. Abner will take the lead on analyzing with respect to consensus diagnosis and predictive models. Dr. Abner will also participate in monthly meetings of the BDM core led by Dr. Tudorascu and Andrews as well as in manuscript preparation and writing for the projects/cores she is involved with.
