UK CARES: Childcare Facilities Repair

CHILDCARE FACILITY REPAIRS Scope of Work Governor Andy Beshear declared a state of emergency in Kentucky on March 6, 2020, due to the Covid-19 pandemic; and the United States Congress passed the American Rescue Plan Act, 2021 to provide economic relief to the states and other entities adversely affected by the pandemic; and the Commonwealth of Kentucky has received funding under the Act to provide Start Up Grants to assist in increasing the capacity of childcare services in Kentucky; and the University of Kentucky, Early Childhood Laboratory is a licensed, certified, or registered childcare provider currently providing childcare for children of their community. This agreement is for facility repair fees of walls, paint and repair to the childcare facility. The funds cannot be used for any other purpose.
