UKRF-SETP- Supported Employment-OVR FY25

Human Development Institute University of Kentucky Supported Employment Training Project Abstract for Fiscal Years 2025 & 2026 For over 30 years the SETP has provided quality professional development in the field of supported employment across Kentucky. For FY 25 and 26 the SETP will provide continuation of the required Core Training Series, a redesign of Customized Employment training, a series for providers of Employment and Retention and additional topical events. The SETP will coordinate a Mentor Network, arranging for existing Employment Specialists and/or Managers to mentor new professionals/agencies in the field. The SETP will present information on Competitive Integrated Employment and the impact of wages on benefits at events around Kentucky, including overview of best practice and related topical sessions. In addition, the SETP will provide regular information dissemination around best practice and professional development opportunities.
