Use of radioprotector in rectal cancer

As the local PI of the BMX-Rectal cancer study, I will be responsible for identifying appropriate candidates for this study, making sure they are consented for the study, and ensuring there are no major adverse events for patients enrolled in the study. I will also be responsible for coordinating care between medical oncology, colorectal surgery, and the UK research department.
