Videoconferencing Equipment Project

The resources provided through this grant will enhance the Center's capacity and its impact, thereby accelerating its ability to achieve the programmatic mission and target outcomes to which it has committed while reducing travel costs and our carbon footprint. This grant will enhance both internal and external communications and collaborations, and increase the availability of the staff, especially the Executive Director, to interact with policy makers across the country. Research that shows video conferencing is usually more effective than phone conferences and email for teamwork and collaboration when face-to-face meetings are not possible.
