Wolfe County: Route: KY 205 Phase I Archaeological Survey

This proposal has been prepared in response to a request from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) Division of Environmental Analysis for a proposal/scope of services and cost estimate for conducting a Phase I archaeological survey of new right-of-way (ROW) and construction easements along a section of KY 205 in Wolfe County, Kentucky. The work that will be conducted is intended to provide an inventory of all archaeological resources within the project area and to provide an evaluation or each resource’s potential eligibility for listing on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). The work will also include evaluation of the documentary and cartographic sources pertaining to the project area and its vicinity.
