Resumen
A GIS-based watershed assessment model is developed for use in the Kentucky Watershed Management Framework (KDOW, 1997). The proposed model utilizes multiple GIS coverages in prioritizing basin management units for subsequent management plan development. As part of the first year in a continuing 5-year rotating management cycle, the model is applied to the Kentucky River Basin.
