Producción científica: Articlerevisión exhaustiva

Resumen

AIM: The purpose is to study the effects of cyclosporine A liposome gel on experimental psoriasis models. METHODS: The vaginal epithelium mitosis of estrone periodical mice and the formation of mouse-tail scale epidermis were used as the epidermis hyperplasia model and the epidermis parakeratosis model, respectively. Additionally, propranolol hydrochloride and dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB) were used to induce experimental psoriasis model and contact sensitivity in guinea pig. RESULTS: The results showed that the topical application of CsA liposome gel significantly inhibit the mitosis of mouse vaginal epithelium and promoted the formation of mouse-tail scale epidermis. Cyclosporine A can also significantly inhibites the experimental psoriasis induced by propranolol and DNFB-induced contact sensitivity. CONCLUSION: The topical administration of cyclosporine A liposome gel has good efficacy in treating psoriasis by inhibiting the epidermis hyperplasia, parakeratosis and infiltration of lymphocytes.
