Resumen
Concurrent precipitation effect has a profound influence on the recrystallization behavior of aluminum alloys produced by a continuous cast (CC) route. It should be responsible for the formation of a new texture component of in CC AA 5083 aluminum alloy. On the other hand, the fine second phase particles produced without the occurrence of concurrent precipitation led to formation of a strong P orientation {011}〈566〉 in CC AA 3004 aluminum alloy during recrystallizaiton. The strong pinning effect of concurrent/existing precipitation might attribute to the formation of these two orientations.
