Resumen

The condition of adolescent homelessness varies globally. Nonetheless, underlying similarities, such as social and economic disparities, are evident when unraveling this global condition. Whether in the developed or developing world, homeless adolescents are characterized by housing insecurity and a lack of economic, social, and institutional resources. This article provides an overview of the typology of, risk and protective factors for, and interventions for homeless adolescents across developed and developing countries.
