Locally corrected nyström method for corrosion-related field prediction in piecewise-homogeneous electrolytes

Resumen

In this paper, a boundary integral equation method is presented for the prediction of electrostatic fields in regions comprising piecewise-homogeneous electrolytes. The integral equation is discretized using the Locally Corrected Nyström method. The method is validated through comparison of computed results to the analytic solution for a rectangular box filled with a piecewise-homogeneous electrolyte.
