Resumen
Increased oxygen content in natural gas flue gas did not enhance oxidative degradation of solvent compared to the coal conditions - Regeneration temperature played greater role in formation of oxidative products Reduced driving force for natural gas conditions required over ~20% higher energy at test conditions relative to coal-fired flue gas conditions Reduced driving force for natural gas conditions would require hydrodynamic conditions in absorber that enhance gas-liquid contact particularly for the low L/G ratios relative to coal-fired flue gas conditions.
