New contributions to muonium and hydrogen hyperfine splitting induced by vacuum polarization insertions in external photons

Resumen

Radiative corrections to hyperfine splitting of relative order α2(Zα) induced by polarization insertions in external photons are obtained. The new contribution turns out to be [ α2(Zα) π]{- 4 3ln2[ 1 2(1+√5)]- 20 9 √5ln[ 1 2(1+√5)]+ 608 45ln2+ 1 9π2- 38 15π+ 91639 37800} in Fermi hyperfine splitting energy units.
