Resumen
The pesticide use and practices in an Iowa farm family pesticide exposure study was discussed. The differences in pesticide contamination and exposure factors between 25 farm homes and 25 non-farm homes were presented. The pesticide investigated were atrazine, metolachlor and glyphosate applied to corn or soyabean crops. It was found that farm homes were contaminated more with pesticides than non-farm homes.
