Resumen

Poly (ethylene glycol) - poly (amino acid) block copolymer micelles encapsulating magnetite nanoparticles which have high magnetic susceptibility were prepared. Using dynamic light scattering (DLS) measurement of the micelle, we confirmed that the micelle is highly monodisperse in water with the mean size of 100 nm, which is consistent with that observed by TEM analysis (Fig. 1). This micelle retains its original size in 150 mM NaCl solution without aggregation over a week. (Fig.2).
