Resumen
A 35-year-old white man was referred to renal imaging to evaluate his recent cadaveric transplant. Incidentally visualized were two large, well-defined photopenic structures confirmed by history to represent polycystic kidneys, a not uncommon underlying renal disease leading to transplantation.
