Resumen

(15S)-17-(4-Azidophenyl)-18,19,20-trinorprostaglandin E₂ was synthesized as a photoaffinity probe using a variant of the Corey synthesis and exhibited an IC₅₀ of 300 nM in a PGE₂ receptor assay using chicken spinal cord.
