Reduced-order multifrequency averaging in naturally sampled PWM converters

Producción científica: Conference contributionrevisión exhaustiva

Resumen

Multifrequency averaging is a generalization of the state-space averaging technique for representing converters in which large ripple may be present. Herein, a method of representing naturally sampled PWM converters using reduced-order multifrequency averaging is proposed. An associated Newton-Raphson method is developed to achieve fast convergence in simulation. The proposed method is capable of predicting the system average behavior and system stability.
