Resumen

The diarsadigalletane [¹BuGaAsC₆H₃(CH₂NMe₂)₂] (1) has been prepared by treatment of [¹BuGaCl₂]₂ with Li₂AsC₆H₃(CH₂NMe₂)₂ in Et₂O solution. One of the Me₂N groups of each (Me₂NCH₂)₂C₆H₃ ring is coordinated to each of the gallium atoms in the As₂Ga₂ ring. Compound 1 is air and moisture stable.
