Resumen
Urban entrepreneurialism is a concept developed by the geographer David Harvey to characterize a profound change in the period after 1970 in the way capitalist cities are governed. The article defines urban entrepreneurialism, its distinct characteristics, and the range of urban strategies that are associated with the entrepreneurial city. The article examines how the concept has been deployed since its introduction in 1989.
