Resumen

Spreading of molten metal during high temperature brazing of Molybdenum-Rhenium substrates by Molybdenum-Nickel fillers is a critical phenomenon in materials processing essential for dispenser cathode manufacturing. Presence of nano-particles in composite materials may impact resulting bond properties and joint integrity. This paper offers an insight into a study of spreading of the Mo/Ni braze filler doped by Mo/Ni nanoparticles.
